The name 'VISION COMPLIANCE', logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of VISION COMPLIANCE d.o.o. or are used under license. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and personally use the Website. B.10.2. Limitation of Amount

If, notwithstanding the above, we are found liable, our total liability for all claims arising from the use of the Website shall be limited to EUR 100.00 or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is less.

D.2. Competent Court

For all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website, the courts of the Republic of Croatia shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For disputes related to business relationships with legal entities, the Commercial Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction. For disputes with consumers, the court at the consumer's place of residence in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.

Before initiating court proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we may attempt to resolve any disagreements amicably. Many disputes can be resolved through direct communication without the need for formal proceedings.

E.1. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be null, void, or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while preserving the original intentions of the parties. The nullity, invalidity, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in force.

E.2. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy & Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VISION COMPLIANCE d.o.o. regarding the use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

E.3. Waiver

The failure of VISION COMPLIANCE d.o.o. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver shall be effective only if given in writing and signed by an authorized representative of VISION COMPLIANCE d.o.o.

E.4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of VISION COMPLIANCE d.o.o. VISION COMPLIANCE d.o.o. may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without your approval.

E.5. Language

These Terms are drafted in Croatian and English. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Croatian version shall prevail.
