We work with key financial regulators:
Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is an EU regulation requiring financial institutions to strengthen cybersecurity and operational resilience. It takes effect on January 17, 2025, and applies to banks, insurers, investment firms, and other financial entities.
MiFID II requires detailed reporting of all transactions in financial instruments to competent authorities. This includes data on instruments, quantity, price, time, and parties involved in the transaction, with reporting deadline by the end of the next working day.
An AML program includes money laundering risk assessment, KYC (Know Your Customer) policies and procedures, customer due diligence, continuous transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, employee training, and program audits.
Vision Compliance provides compliance advisory services for financial regulations but does not provide financial advisory, investment advisory, or asset management services. We focus exclusively on regulatory compliance.
