Navigate the EU AI Act and implement artificial intelligence responsibly
Classify AI systems, implement required controls, and prepare conformity documentation. We set up transparency, human oversight, and testing/monitoring plans.
Assessment and classification of your AI systems according to risk levels defined in the EU AI Act - prohibited, high-risk, limited, and minimal.
Detailed assessments of AI system compliance with the EU AI Act, including technical documentation and conformity assessments.
Development of risk management systems for high-risk AI systems, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
Implementation of AI system transparency requirements and development of mechanisms for explaining AI decisions.
Establishment of continuous AI system performance monitoring and regular compliance testing systems.
AI systems that are prohibited as they pose a clear threat to safety and human rights.
AI systems that can negatively impact safety or fundamental rights.
AI systems with transparency requirements.
AI systems with minimal or no risk.
The EU AI Act is the first comprehensive regulation for artificial intelligence that classifies AI systems by risk levels (prohibited, high, limited, minimal) and sets corresponding requirements. It's being phased in from 2025 to 2027.
An AI system is high-risk if used in critical infrastructure, education, employment, law enforcement, migration, or if it can affect fundamental rights. Also, AI in medical devices, biometrics, and critical system management are high-risk.
Explainable AI enables understanding of how an AI system makes decisions. The EU AI Act requires transparency and ability to explain decisions, especially for high-risk systems affecting people.
If the AI system processes personal data and may pose high risk to individuals' rights (e.g., automated decision-making, profiling), a DPIA is mandatory under GDPR. Additionally, the EU AI Act requires similar risk assessment for high-risk AI systems.
Typical outcomes: clear risk classification, required controls implemented, conformity documentation prepared.
